Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, a user of https://bulava.digital (the "Website"), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my specific, informed, conscious, and unambiguous consent to Ilya Evgenievich Melman, a professional income tax payer (self-employed), Taxpayer Identification Number 552813021711, address: 22 Mayorova Street, Apartment 49, Luzino, Omsk Region, Omsk, Russia, email: hello@bulava.digital (the "Operator"), to process my personal data on the following terms.

Personal Data Covered by This Consent

This consent covers the data that I submit through the form or provide during subsequent communications:

name;
telephone number, email address, messenger username, or another contact provided by me;
project information, requirements, and the content of my request;
selected or estimated budget;
the Website language and page from which the request was submitted;
subsequent correspondence relating to the request;
submission date and time, IP address, browser and device information to the extent necessary to confirm submission and maintain security.

I undertake not to include special categories of personal data or biometric personal data in free-text fields.

Purposes of Processing

The data is processed to:

receive and review my request;
contact me using the method I have selected;
discuss the project, prepare a proposal, and conduct negotiations;
take steps at my request before entering into a contract;
enter into and perform a contract if cooperation is agreed;
protect the form and the Website against spam, fraud, and other misuse.

Processing Operations and Methods

I authorize the Operator to collect, record, organize, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, provide to authorized processors, restrict, delete, and destroy my personal data, with or without automated means.

The Operator may not publish or otherwise disseminate my personal data without a separate legal basis or separate consent where required by law.

Processors and Data Transfers

For the purposes specified above, the Operator may engage the following processors to the extent necessary:

REG.RU for corporate email services;
Timeweb Cloud for technical Website operation;
other persons listed in the current Personal Data Processing Policy, subject to compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

I have been informed and agree that, after initial recording in a database located in the Russian Federation, data may be transferred to deliver a notification to the Operator through:

Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend), 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, California 94114, USA, including my name, contact details, project information, budget, and technical request data;
Telegram Messenger Inc. and entities related to Telegram, whose infrastructure may be located outside the Russian Federation, including my name, contact details, project information, budget, and technical request data.

Such transfers are permitted only after the Operator has complied with applicable requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation. I understand that the laws of the countries in which foreign recipients are located may provide a different level of personal data protection.

Consent Period

This consent is valid from the date it is given until the processing purposes are achieved, but no longer than 12 months after the last substantive communication if no contract is concluded.

If a contract is concluded, data required to perform the contract and confirm business transactions may be processed during the contract term and thereafter for the periods required by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Withdrawal of Consent

I may withdraw this consent in full or in part by emailing hello@bulava.digital with the subject "Withdrawal of Personal Data Processing Consent".

The request should include my name, the contact details used to submit the request, and a description of the requirement. The Operator may request information necessary to verify the applicant's identity.

After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator will stop processing and destroy the data in accordance with the procedure and periods established by the laws of the Russian Federation unless another lawful basis applies.
